By purchasing a Product or using our Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or purchase our Products.
1. Products and Services
We offer digital educational products, including but not limited to video courses, PDF guides, and templates related to smartphone content creation and personal branding. Products are delivered digitally, typically via instant access inside ThriveCart, email delivery, or through our partner platform, Skillplate.
2. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (primary) and PayPal (secondary). We do not directly store your full payment card information.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following digital products: the iPhone Personal Brand Content Blueprint, the 365-Day Personal Brand Video Content Plan, the Personal Brand Content Factory Script Generator, and the Smartphone Content Creation Blueprint Bundle.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number or the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
Products purchased separately through our partner platform, Skillplate (including How To Shoot Professional Courses On Your iPhone), are subject to Skillplate's refund terms in addition to this policy. Contact [email protected] if you need help locating those terms.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show clear abuse of this guarantee (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns on the same account).
4. Access to Digital Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Product(s) via instant digital delivery, email, and/or your ThriveCart Learn dashboard. It is your responsibility to keep your login information and access links secure.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in our Products and Sites — including videos, text, graphics, PDFs, templates, and other materials — is owned by Marketing Coach Anthony / Digital Course Launchers / Content Creation Lab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Product or its contents
Share your login or access credentials with others
Use our content to create a competing product or service
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own individual use.
6. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
Any results, strategies, or examples referenced in our Products are for illustrative and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes from using our Products, strategies, or advice. Your results will depend on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
